Background #
The Honor System for Spider Tanks was introduced in December 2022. It was developed on the ideas that players should “prioritize fun over Rewards,” and that it “should be hard to earn but easy to lose.” 1 Each user had an Honor Score that was affected by their actions in the ecosystem, in turn affecting the rewards they could receive.
NOTE: Information in this article may be outdated. On January 26, 2024, Gala Games removed the Spider Tanks Honor System. Information in this article may be outdated and is intended for archival and historical referencing purposes.The Honor System was announced for removal on January 20, 2024. 2 Its complete removal occurred in the following days on January 26. The Gala Games website interface no longer has any reference to the Honor System, but Honor is still visible in Spider Tanks in-game (shown static at maximum Honor of 1200). 3
Functions #
Honor Score #
The Honor Score is a number between 0 and 1200, and represents the potential rewards a user may receive from the conversion of their daily Victory Points. New users start at an Honor Score of 300. 4
Rewards to a user are directly proportionate to their Honor Score, where 1200 would mean they receive 100% of their potential rewards from Victory Points (and 0 would mean they receive 0% of their potential rewards).
A user with a starting Honor Score of 300 would receive 25% (300/1200) of their potential rewards from the conversion of Victory Points.
Actions #
The effect of certain actions on your Honor Score only apply at the end of the day.
Positive Actions #
This a list of actions that increase your Honor Score. The amount of honor gained typically appears as green text.

Negative Actions #
This is a list of actions that decrease your Honor Score. Unlike positive actions, they are calculated as a proportion of the SILK used with the amount held originally. Negative honor changes typically appear as red text.

Redeeming Actions #
This is a list of actions that mitigate any potential loss to Honor Score. These can be done before or after negative actions, but must be on the same day. The amount of honor redeemed typically appears in white text.

Checking Your Honor Score #
You can check your Honor Score through the Gala Games website. It is located in the ‘Honor’ section of the account settings. By default, the ‘Honor’ section is the first thing shown.
You can also check your Honor Score in-game through Spider Tanks. The Play-to-Earn section at the top of the main menu shows your Honor Score.
